The NA spot, was created to house one or both of your two +$1.55m players that you didn't want to send through waivers (players under $1.55m can't occupy that spot).

However, now that Yahoo uses NA for suspended players as opposed to SUSP, it can now be used as an IR for suspended players/NA designations beyond our control (not anyone's fault that they were suspended hah) - however, that player will still count against the cap (just offer you an open spot to replace the body

Example:
You 1 million in space and McDavid gets suspended for looking for wrong way at a panthers player. You don’t accumulate his 10m in space, but can call up a player making 1m or less
