Possible rule amendment: playoff waivers

In talking, it was brought up that during the playoffs, with free agency and trading closed, should players over $1.5m be waiver exempt for playoff teams for flexibility during that time. Teams would still have to stay withing cap rules and no more than 2 players in the minors over $1.5m.. but would allow the teams to make call ups/send downs (same number as always) without the fear of losing that player to another team during that time.

It was something I thought I would put out to a league vote
