Waivered Free Agency

Once the expansion draft is complete I'll be taking free agent lists for waivered free agency (I'd like to have waivered free agency done 2 days after the expansion draft is complete (the 17th of September at the latest) then open up regular free agency/waiver area as many teams will need to fill holes/drop players. It will give enough time to get things in order. This will give me the time I need to update the boards, and upload everything to Yahoo once I ask for finalized rosters.

For the new GMs, you'll send me a list of any free agent players (must have been drafted by an NHL team or signed to an NHL contract at some point). Rank the players in terms of how you would like them chosen. They will then be awarded based on waiver priority (list in waiver area). You can have as many names as you would like on the list, and will be awarded up to 4 players. You can send your list at any time. If the draft finishes before then, I will move the timeline up to match.

Michigan/Montreal can both begin populating your team boards with your rosters as well, and I will update the player tracker to reflect
