Claim is valid and is retroactive to 6:44am on April 5th (will close @ 6:44am April 7th). In looking at Leafs roster, the minor league team is at 25 already, and with Connor being taken off of IR, the main roster is also at 25. Since no move was made to clear a spot in the minors by 7pm (game time tonight), Hathaway (being the 26th addition to the minor league roster) is eligible to be claimed.
