So far, this is what has been discussed:
The expansion rules are being discussed/created by the admins but will be more favourable towards the current GMs that have kept the league successful and going over the years.
The new GMs will have to work the phones and build from the bottom, they wont be handed an instantly competitive team. It'll require work and dedication.
The teams wouldn't be added to the league until the 2022 to 2023 NHL season. As per the usual rule change format we follow.
Expansion draft would probably be a reverse snake order between the two teams. With the first pick being randomly selected between the two.
Once we see the results of this poll, then we will make a new thread with rules/process/etc
