To award a Champion...or not.

Post by StarsGM »

Due to the cancellation of the NHL regular season, it has also ended our season. With the playoffs unable to be completed, the question for the league is, should we award the cup to the team that finished first overall in the regular season, or should we just forego awarding the cup this season.

I'd like to leave it to a vote, where the team that would be awarded the cup (in this case Vancouver) will be unable to cast a vote, as to remove any bias, and will produce an odd number of votes to remove any chance of a tie.

Please post up your vote as either "Yes, award the cup" or "No, Do not award the cup". If you'd like to give a brief explanation as to why you're voting this way. Feel free.

Thanks.

I appreciate everything Steve does for the league, but in this case I do not think a Cup should be awarded. Sorry Steve!
