With the draft lottery completed and the NHL draft right around the corner, we can start setting up our league off-season activities.
The new cap for the 24/25 season will be $113m
We will be using Spotrac.com/NHL as a replacement for capfriendly and for each player will use the amount under the CASH (Annual) line.
Off-season trading only (free agency and player drops/waivers will remain closed at this time until we open waivered free agency (which may be tweaked this season), will open up for the off-season Monday, June 24th at 12:00pm EST. At that time players and picks (up to 2027 draft) will be available to be moved.
Remember that cap restrictions and waivers are closed until the new season start date for our league is officially set.
The draft date will be set for sometime at the end of July (aiming between the 21st and 27th to officially get it started), which will give teams a month to prepare their teams/picks.

Ben found our alternative to Capfriendly. I had said that Spotrac was going to be our new reference site, however,

will be our site of reference. It is very user friendly and simple. Similar to capfriendly. When looking, you will continue to use the total salary column for the player (like capfriendly, found at the end of the player's salary breakdown grid).
