Ben and I have gone through the final rosters posted in the announcements section. Please go through and update your team page (incorrect in red - correct numbers next to it on green). All numbers must be updated prior to the season (cap penalty to follow if not updated).
I will have all rosters loaded into Yahoo tonight, and we will resume free agent adds, drops and trades tomorrow (1:30pm EST).
Free Agency will continue as 6hr adds for the rest of this week and will change to 3 adds per week starting next Monday (Oct. 9th).
NHL rosters for Monday must be under 108.5m, and all players must be active (NA status and IR players can not begin the season on the roster). We will monitor this as well throughout the season, as one of the minimum tasks is to keep an active roster for fairness to all. There will be a warning to begin, and then a cap penalty for the season will be implemented if it is not fixed, or happens multiple times.
I had quite a few bring this point to me last season, so I want to ensure that everyone is running a fully active roster throughout the season.

Rosters are loaded into Yahoo.. just double check to make sure everything is good!
If there are any players that you have starting on IR, add them to your main roster.
Remember to make sure all players are active by the start of the season (no NA/IR)
Adds/Drops/Trades open @ 1:30pm est tomorrow
6hr time limit the rest of this week for FA adds
Don't forget that waivers are now in effect, so any player over 1.5m being sent down must pass through there (posted clearly in the waiver area).

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! 
Just be sure to check before Tuesday, a bunch of guys were waived today for final cuts. Just make sure that all NA players are off the main roster/replacements are called up/signed all before Tuesday night's opening games!
Ben and I will be going through and spot checking to ensure teams are under the cap and all rosters have active players. Teams will be given notice with a time frame to fix any issues.. if they aren't fixed within the time frame, a cap penalty will be applied to that team for the season (hopefully we don't get to that point haha).

Just remember that 3 per week signings start today.. so when making a FA signing, it should look like,

Two very important notes for today:
1. Starting this morning, **adds count**! The first matchup is from today until Sunday (6 days) and you have 5 max acquisitions.
Make sure that any player being sent down making over $1.5m is placed on waivers
2. Please make sure to **set your lineups**!! Yahoo has a handy *"Start Active Players"* button that you can use to move active players from your bench to your roster for the entire week. Don't be that person that leaves players on your bench on day 1 (at risk of cap penalties)
I sent out messages to any team needing to make any adjustments - double check to ensure all of your players are active and made their final NHL rosters.
