The clock runs from 9am EST to 10pm EST and turns off for the night (picks can still be made in the off time and the next GM will be on the clock as of 9am the next morning).

You have 12hrs to make your selection. If you don't make your selection in time, the next GM can make their selection, and the draft will continue.
