Players on IR

When a player is healthy (Yahoo always sends out a notification), please take them off IR as soon as possible (sometimes players don't get taken off until right before game time, etc), but everyone is setting lines every day, so it's an easy check (whether the players play that night or not). If a player is noticed to be left on IR for a period of time that is noticeably long, we will have to look at the cap circumvention penalty process as a result
