If someone takes over a team and the former GM traded away 3 years worth of picks...Its not a great starting point for that new GM, may be harder to keep them on board. Just a thought.

I mean I'm the only one that traded 2021 so far lol.. and im not going anywhere!

Can't be.. I've already traded 2021 picks. I'd have to allow others the same courtesy.

Any rule changes from off season discussions have always taken place after the following season...Needs to be voted on during the season.

And they will. Once voted upon (and I'm sure it'll pass) picks up until 2021, whether beginning at the 2018 draft or 2019 draft will be the furthest ahead we will most likely allow picks to be traded.
