Vancouver, Ottawa, and Mississauga GM's reportedly met at a function in the Windsor area this evening... the trio appeared to be discussing a 3-way deal but reached an impasse when Vancouver was reluctant to give into Ottawa's demand for a specific rookie.
Steelheads GM said of the talks "it's not always you get to meet face to face to discuss these things.. sometimes this is how the seed is planted for future deals."
